#30: Feedback in the Classroom
Show Notes

If you haven’t already heard, being a classroom teacher means you ARE a leader. You lead your students each year in order to help each of them find success. You lead your classroom in the way you think is most effective. So in order to find that success both in your students and in your classroom, you need to be open to not only giving feedback but receiving it as well.

In the episode, we cover:

  • Definition of feedback & it’s importance in the classroom
  • 3 tools to giving feedback in an effective way
  • Being open to feedback & how it can help you grow

The only thing I want for you is for you to feel successful; whatever success might look to you both inside and outside the classroom. Feedback is an important part of the growth process both for us, as teachers and for your students.
