Today’s episode is all about the benefits of teamwork. What is teamwork? It is a group of people working together in an effective and productive way. We work as teams every day. Every teacher or administrator has a different experience with their team members. I’m here to remind you of the importance of teamwork and how it benefits YOU as teachers. Not all teams are effective and productive. This happens when a person is assigned a role that doesn’t suit them. A person in the wrong role ends with people feeling resentful. Having the right people in the right place and doing the right task is important with creating a team.
